XAMAX has using automatically rotation of invoicing wallets for safety of our customers.
One more important point, that when withdrawing funds from any wallet, the user must pay a blockchain network commission to “send” the payment to the destination wallet.
In this regard, the smaller the withdrawn amount, the less funds the recipient will ultimately receive on his balance.
To ensure that the network commission does not “eat up” the entire withdrawn amount, we artificially set the rotation amount for invoice wallets (!) to 2000USD.
As soon as the balance on this wallet reaches the equivalent of 2000USD in cryptocurrency, the balance will be sent to you on XAMAX wallet or, if the setting is enabled, withdrawn to your external wallets.
The user can request a decrease or increase in the rotation threshold through support, but cannot do this himself in Settings
